Despite our best efforts to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur. If a service’s price exceeds the displayed amount, we will cancel the order and promptly notify you of the cancellation.

Refunds Policy: Online Courses

1. We offer a 100% refund for services if the refund request is initiated within 24 hours of purchasing. After the initial 24 hours, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. To claim a “24-hours, no questions asked” refund, please follow the procedure below:
– Email: subhajit@themarketingfactory.in with the subject “Service Refund | Registered Email ID” (Include the registered email ID in the subject).
– Provide a valid reason for the refund (for internal purposes only).
– Ensure that the email is received within 24 hours of purchasing.
– Refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days of receiving the refund email.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment
In the case of a duplicate payment made by the delegate, the refund will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days post intimation by the customer.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the refund request is approved by The Marketing Factory.
